Two separate petrol station robberies 15 minutes apart in Hanover and West Orange on Thursday afternoon appear to be linked to at least two other petrol station robberies in North Jersey
Hanover police told RLS Breaking News that the Shell station on the west side of Route 10 near Reynolds Avenue was held at gunpoint around 4:15 p.m. After the robbery, the suspects were seen heading east on Highway 10.
On Friday morning, Hanover police did not respond to New Jersey 101.5’s request for additional information.

About 15 minutes later, an armed robbery was reported at the Exxon at the intersection of Eagle Rock Avenue and Prospect Avenue around 4:30 p.m., according to West Orange spokesman Joe Fagan.
No shots were fired and no one was injured at the Exxon station.
Fagan said Newark police later recovered the vehicle used in West Orange. The vehicles and suspects match those involved in the fuel station robberies in Hannover as well as Secaucus and Union.
West Orange and Hanover police are processing the vehicle for evidence, according to Fagan.
This is the second armed robbery this week in West Orange.
An argument Monday afternoon between several customers and employees of the AutoZone store on Main Street led to the shooting of a worker.
Fagan said no arrests have yet been made in the case.

What would happen to NJ if we were attacked by nuclear weapons?
Models show what would happen during an air detonation, meaning the bomb would be detonated into the sky, causing extensive damage to structures and people below; or what would happen in a detonation on the ground, which would have the alarming result of nuclear fallout. The models do not take into account the number of casualties that would result from the fallout.
